Field Greens Pesto


2c Field Greens
1-2T minced garlic
½ c- 3/4 c olive oil
2T pinenuts, walnuts or cashews
½ c parmesan cheese
¼ c basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Drizzle in olive oil and only use as much needed to create the desired consistency. Sprinkle salt on the top of the finished pesto. Cover and let sit. Then stir in.
